Veteran Health

Dedicated NHS mental health services for veterans

 

There are dedicated mental health services available to Armed Forces personnel approaching discharge and veterans.

These are the NHS Veterans’ Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service and the NHS Veterans’ Mental Health Complex Treatment Service. The two services, which are available across England, are provided by specialists in mental health who have an expert understanding of the Armed Forces.
