CCG Prospectus

hallamshire the arts tower and st pauls

The NHS Sheffield CCG Prospectus is a statement of what we aim to achieve, how clinical commissioning is different and how we will work. It is deliberately brief and is backed up by our strategies and action plans that show how we will achieve our aims.

We agreed this prospectus at the start of the development of the CCG, in January 2012, in consultation with the GP practices who are members of the CCG. We discussed it at the time with partner organisations, members of the public and the staff of the then PCT.

It explains who we are and what we intend to achieve for the health of the city. The aims and values it sets out remain at the heart of what the CCG wants to achieve and how we want to work and our Commissioning Intentions for 2013/14 fully reflect those aims and values.
