Prescription Order Line

The Prescription Order Line works in partnership with 14 GP practices across Sheffield. The service offers a central telephone line for patients registered at these practices, to order their repeat prescriptions over the phone.

Trained healthcare staff answer your call, discussing your needs and medications with you.  This means you will only order the medication that you need when you need it; giving you more control over your health care needs.

The service aims to reduce the amount of unwanted medicines being dispensed and also to improve patients outcomes across Sheffield
