The following is feedback from a patient in Sheffield:

"My husband recently passed away and I was finding it very difficult to get through each day. One day when I went to my doctors I was talking to one of the lovely receptionists and she asked me if I wanted to see someone called a community support worker. They were brilliant and helped me work out my money and found me a local group that I now go to each week. Life after my husband is hard but the help I got has made it much easier."
