I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information.

• Between March 2020 and July 2020, the number of childhood vaccinations administered under the NHS vaccination schedule for children aged 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks and 1 year
• Please provide same data for same period in the previous five years
• Please provide data including total number of children up to 1 year old registered at GP practices in your CCG
