Request/ Response
I am contacting you to request information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 (‘the Act’) on the following questions:
1. What was the annual budget for patients commissioned for care in ophthalmology and eye departments by the CCG in each of the last 5 financial years?
The following values are Sheffield CCG’s expenditure each year relating to “Problems of Vision” as reported in the National Programme Budgeting exercise.
Further details of this national classification are available online here – https://www.england.nhs.uk/prog-budgeting/
Unfortunately this information is not available for 19/20, usually this would be available later in the year, but as a result of COVID-19 we do not know when or if this may be available.
