Please can you provide the names and catchment areas served of the mental health crisis resolution / home treatment teams (a mental health service that provides rapid response and/or intensive home treatment for people in crisis) that you commission? Please include services that are only available to specific demographics (children and young people, working age adults, older adults, and dementia).

Catchment area: Sheffield  

Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust:  

• STAR (Sheffield Treatment and Recovery Service) not currently 24 hours, but with on call arrangement for out of hours. This will be reconfigured to develop the service below 
• Home Treatment Team implementation in progress: (Children and Young People): NB this service will be in full operation in early 2020, to supplement CAMHS existing community service provision and to replace the STAR service 
• CAMHS provision 
• Section 136 suite- place of safety, for avoiding use of police custody 
• Acute hospital services  

Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust (SHSC) - adult working age  

• Single Point of Access and Crisis Hub  
• Home Treatment Team North and South of the City (not 24 hour) 
• Out of Hours Team 
• Core 24 hour Mental Health Liaison Service 
• Psychiatric Decision Unit, (DU) - not currently a 24 hour service. 
• Street Triage service 
• Liaison and Court Diversion Service 
• Crisis Helpline and Crisis House (commissioned by SHSC via third sector provider)  
• Section 136 suite- place of safety, for avoiding use of police custody 
• Acute hospital inpatient services

• Older Adults Home Treatment Team 
• There is a Memory Clinic and Service for people with Dementia 
• Acute hospital Inpatient services for functional mental health issues in over 65's
