Are you using online GP services?

The Patient Online team would like to gain some feedback from patients and carers regarding their use of online services for primary care. This includes booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing GP records. Two short surveys have been created, one for if you do not use online services at your GP practice and one if you do.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous and will remain confidential.

Please can patients/carers complete survey A if they DO NOT use any online services currently at their GP practice
