Tell us how you stayed well this winter?

Now that it's spring, the Sheffield NHS winter campaign has now finished, so we wanted to ask how you and your family stayed well this winter? Winter is generally a very busy time for the NHS, and health services in general, which is why NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) undertakes a winter communications campaign to encourage local people to take preventative steps to reduce the need to go to hospital and to inform people of all the NHS services available to them.
