On Sunday 4 July, St Charles Borromeo Church, St Charles Street, Attercliffe, Sheffield, S9 3WU will be hosting a walk-in clinic for a limited number of people to receive a first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine only.

• 10am – 1pm (no need to book)
• First come, first served
• Open to anyone in Sheffield aged 18 or over
• Second doses available to those who had their first dose 8-12 weeks ago
• Polish speaking vaccinator on site

This clinic will be run by Elm Lane Surgery, 104 Elm Lane, Sheffield S5 7TW.
