Your experience of your visits to your GP practice matter.

There are a number of ways in which patient experience is collected, via surveys and direct feedback. On this page you will find links to:

• Latest GP Patient Survey results - the GP patient Survey is run annually. Invitations to complete the survey are sent out randomly.
• Care Opinion - is an independent site that records your experiences of UK health services, good or bad (includes reviews made to them and NHS.uk).
• NHS.uk (formerly NHS Choices) - As well as providing information on services available to you, also provides details of patient reviews and ratings (made via them).
• Healthwatch Sheffield - is your independent voice for health and social care in Sheffield.
