Request
Could I please put the following Freedom of Information request to your CCG(s).
Please could you provide:
- A list of all the optional services and schemes commissioned by the CCG that your member GP practices could choose to participate in, in 2019/20 - such as Local Enhanced Services, Local Improvement Schemes (LISs) and Prescribing Incentive/Improvement schemes.
- The specification for each of these services/schemes
- The value of each, i.e. the total amount that can be earned for participation in the service/scheme per patient.

- Local Commissioned Service (LCS) for Care Homes
- LCS Anti-coagulation Monitoring Levels, 3, 4 & 5
- Ring Pessaries
- LCS Monitoring of Disease Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs
- LCS Supported Self Management for Colorectal Cancer
- Hepatitis B Screening and Vaccination in the Sheffield Roma Slovak Community
- Primary Care Endometrial Sampling
- Services over and above essential and additional General Practice (not covered by a current LCS or DES).
- Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Testing and Treatment
- Sheffield Primary Care Quality Contract
