Could I please put the following Freedom of Information request to your CCG(s). 

Please could you provide:

• A list of all the optional services and schemes commissioned by the CCG that your member GP practices could choose to participate in, in 2019/20 - such as Local Enhanced Services, Local Improvement Schemes (LISs) and Prescribing Incentive/Improvement schemes.
• The specification for each of these services/schemes
• The value of each, i.e. the total amount that can be earned for participation in the service/scheme per patient.

• LCS Anti-coagulation Monitoring Levels, 3, 4 & 5
• Ring Pessaries
• LCS Monitoring of Disease Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs
• LCS Supported Self Management for Colorectal Cancer
• Hepatitis B Screening and Vaccination in the Sheffield Roma Slovak Community
• Primary Care Endometrial Sampling
• Services over and above essential and additional General Practice (not covered by a current LCS or DES).
• Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Testing and Treatment
• Sheffield Primary Care Quality Contract
