Where you do not have an IUC Service, please provide the following information:
The current provider of your GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service;
Sheffield CCG has a contract with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust (STHFT) for provision of a GP Collaborative out of hours service.
The contract the CCG holds with STHFT is an NHS Standard Contract Document, cost and volume, 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020, no options to extend.
No a decision has not been made, the current contract runs until the end of March 2020.
We have interpreted OOH Services to be the GP Collaborative service, the contract value is £5.1million.
This service differs from the national service specification, in that this is locally commissioned and not a core element of the wider Yorkshire and Humber Integrated Urgent Care contract Yorkshire & Humber contract. If helpful, further information can be provided.
Please see table overleaf.
