I would like to make a request under the FOI for the following information:
- Do you fund the assessment of Mobile Arm Supports?
Yes, as part of assessments which would take place at regular outpatient or community rehab appointments.
- If yes, do you then fund the provision of Mobile Arm Supports?
If the clinician assesses a patient as requiring one then an Individual Funding Request (IFR) would be submitted.
- If yes, what is the eligibility criteria?
The eligibility criteria would be exceptionality and what makes the patient different to a cohort of patient’s in a similar position.

- Have personal health budgets been used towards the provision of Mobile Arm Supports?
No Continuing Healthcare personal health budgets have been used towards provision of Mobile Arm Supports.
