This is completed in house by Continuing Healthcare (CHC) adult’s team.

2. Which companies/suppliers do you use to support the management of Personal Health Budgets?

This is completed in house by CHC adult’s team.

3. Which companies/ suppliers do you use to support the payment of Personal Health Budgets?

We use Sheffield City Council for payments of Direct Payment Account’s and CHC finance pay our Notional Budgets.
