RE: MSK Services - Procurement of the Integrated Musculoskeletal Service for Sheffield CCG
I would be most grateful if you would provide me with the following information.
1. Whether a formal procurement process was followed for the award of the current Integrated MSK Service for Sheffield CCG registered patients, following the engagement events held by the CCG during June and September 2014.
A procurement process was not applicable for this contract at this time.
2. The list of providers who applied for inclusion on each contract and which were successful.
Not applicable as a procurement process was not followed.

The contract commenced on 1st September 2015 for the duration of 4 years and 7 months with an option to extend for 2 years.
6. The duration of the contract extension awarded and when any contract extension award was exercised.
A two year extension was exercised on 11th June 2019.
7. If the contract extension has not yet been exercised, when a decision is likely to be made?
