I would like to know if Sheffield CCG records data relating to the circumcision of male patients.

I would like to know how many such circumcisions were carried out by Sheffield CCG in the years 2018 and 2019, or any similar time period for which records are readily available.

If possible I would like to be provided with a breakdown of the ages of the patients at the time of the procedure; either in the way in which this information is already recorded by yourselves, or alternatively in the following way:-

ages 0-5

ages 6-11

ages 12-17

ages 18+

(all age brackets inclusive)
