We are pleased to respond to your request for information and our response is set out below: 

Request:

I would like to make an FOI request for a list of procedures/treatments that were funded by the NHS in your CCG in 2014, however no longer receive NHS funding today. If the document contains information not disclosable under Freedom of Information, please remove those sections and mark clearly that they have been removed. 

Response:

There are not any procedures that were funded in 2014 and are no longer funded.  As outlined in the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Commissioning for Outcomes Policy (available to view at ^{https://www.healthandcaretogethersyb.co.uk/application/files/7415/5790/8016/South_Yorkshire_and_Bassetlaw_Commissioning_for_Outcomes_Policy_-_May_2019.pdf}),

there are procedures which are evidenced based and therefore accessible provided the patient meets the relevant criteria, and there are procedures that are not routinely funded but are available provided a case for exceptionality can be made via an Individual Funding Request.
