Could I please request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. Which CAMHS Tier 4 inpatient services are currently commissioned by this Clinical Commissioning Group?
2. Which organisation/s are contracted to provide Independent Mental Health Advocacy for the child inpatients (aged under 18) in the CAMHS Tier 4 inpatient services listed in answer to question (1)?
3. How many children (aged under 18) received assistance as mental health inpatients from an independent advocate in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20?
4. How many complaints from children (aged under 18) in the CAMHS Tier 4 inpatient services listed in the answer to question (1) and/or their parents were recorded in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20?

(If you have information on the reason for those complaints please provide this).

5. How many children (aged under 18) received assistance from an independent advocate when making a complaint in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20?
6. How many children (aged under 18) who were mental health inpatients were placed in adult wards in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20?
7. How many children (aged under 18) who were mental health inpatients were admitted to a hospital or unit outside of their home commissioning hub area in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20?
