Please provide details for NHS Sheffield CCG of the test applied to NHS Continuing Healthcare Assessments, the reference being, Grogan v Bexley NHS Care Trust, "107. In that consideration in my view, the Care Trust should; i) identify the test it applies,"

Response  

NHS Sheffield CCG Continuing Healthcare team follow the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care. In determining eligibility for Continuing Healthcare a patient is assessed against the primary health needs test as stated in the framework.
