Sheffield Mencap and Cavendish Centre need your votes!
25 October 2016

Please support Sheffield Mencap and the Sheffield Cavendish Centre by voting for them both in the Aviva Community Funds Awards. They are both running for the £25k award and as you get 10 votes you don’t have to choose between them, you can vote for both!

Mencap are seeking funds to expand their Community Café, which currently runs on one day a week at a local Baptist church.  This a fantastic project, enabling people with a learning disability to learn about budgeting and planning, baking and catering and customer service.  The long-term plan is to support people to get into volunteering or work by giving them skills which are needed in the workplace.
