Supporting us all year round

Today we wanted to give a big shout out to the teams behind the scenes – that keep the Clinical Commissioning Group running and enable the CCG to do the work they do for the people of Sheffield. From business services to facilities, finance to human resources, and the other important office functions working hard in the background. We need these people to make sure we deliver what we need to do for the people of Sheffield and our statutory duties as a CCG.

Business Manager to the Accountable Officer Alison Kuppusamy gave us an insight into how her team works: “The Business Managers and Business Support Team who help to keep our Senior Management Team organised”.

Facilities Manager Danny Bailey, said: “We are enablers: the Facilities team support the organisation in providing a safe, comfortable and prepared working environment to facilitate the whole of Sheffield CCG”.

Anne Raw, Learning & Development and OD Manager also commented: “The success of our in-house Management and Leadership Training Sheffield programme (MALTS) is evident in the two completed cohorts: the programme supports the growth of managers, providing them with the skills and knowledge to lead teams to maximise performance and improve patient experiences.”
