I am writing to request the structure of the local maternity systems in South Yorkshire.

I am looking to locate the lead for maternity system and wondered if there was a hierarchical job diagram with individuals names that I could be provided.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Please find attached the interim structure for the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Local Maternity System. The structure is being reviewed in the Summer 2020.
