This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 

My request relates to continuing healthcare payments. I appreciate CCGs are under huge amounts of pressure at the moment, though this request is necessary for my research on the pandemic. My request is as follows.

1a) How many continuing healthcare assessments for adults did your CCG carry out between 01.01.2019 - 01.05.2019

1b) How many continuing healthcare assessments for adults did your CCG carry out between 01.01.2020-01.05.2020

Link above advises Q4 information.

As per guidance from NHSE and Government from 19/3/2020 CHC assessments were suspended due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  Therefore from 19/3/2020 no CHC assessments have been completed.

2a) Between 01.01.2019-01.05.2019 how many adults in your CCG received fully funded NHS Continuing Healthcare packages of care?
