I am writing to make an open government request relating to the diabetes structured education you provided last year. I believe I am entitled to this information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 

Please send me the following information for EACH CCG you are responsible for. 

This request forms part of a research programme looking at the delivery of diabetes structured education in England. The results will be published in an academic journal, so please let me know if there will be any copyright issues relating to the data. 

Responses are for NHS Sheffield CCG.

1. What type of diabetes structured education course(s) did you provide to people living with pre-diabetes between April 2018 and March 2019?

National Diabetes Prevention Programme.

2. What type of diabetes structured education course(s) did you provide to Type 1 diabetics between April 2018 and March 2019?

Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating (DAFNE).

3. What type of diabetes structured education course(s) did you provide to Type 2 diabetics between April 2018 and March 2019?

Diabetes Education & Self Management, Ongoing & Newly Diagnosed (DESMOND).

4. How many diabetes structured education courses were offered to people living with pre-diabetes between April 2018 and March 2019?

1951 structured courses were offered.

5. How many diabetes structured education courses were offered to Type 1 diabetics between April 2018 and March 2019?
