Revised documentation in response to Freedom of Information request

On the 25th September 2020 we responded to your original Freedom of Information request. On 28th September 2020, you contacted to us to seek clarity on the redacted strategic estates plan we had included as part of the response.

Upon review we did send a reduced document rather than redacted. To this end please find enclosed a revised redacted SYB ICS Draft Estates Strategy.

Please be advised that where information has been redacted this has been in conjunction with the application of the section 43 (2) exemption – commercial interests. A public interest test was completed and the factors against disclosure outweighed those in favour. It is accepted that release of information would promote openness, accountability and transparency. However premature disclosure of matters still under consideration could impact outcomes.
